Dato' Ir David Lee Hoke Hai is a Professional Civil Engineer who has completed all IEM/BEM Part 1 & 2 exams. He is a registered engineer of BEM (Board of Engineer), member of Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM), Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and ASEAN Engineers Register (AER).
